This year, our rental starts on Friday, June 24.
Our rental week during the season generally runs from Friday until Friday. The week can be extended subject to availability but we do not rent for periods shorter than one week.
Rates (not including 8% City Lodging Tax):
$2,500/week during peak
Off-season rates upon request
The Code of the City of Virginia Beach (Sec. 35-159) imposes and levies a tax on lodging of 8% of the total amount paid plus a flat tax of $1 for each night of lodging.
Rates are inclusive of house cleaning & the supply of clean bed linens, bath towels and beach towels for up to 8 people. Laundering service is available for an additional fee of $50 to clean all linens and towels at the end of your stay.
Rent payable via paypal and credit card. $50 discount for payment by check. To reserve your week(s), $500 per week (plus security deposit) are due within 72 hours of booking.
